Light that makes colors true and the room glow: LED strips, rail lights and sensors, designed as part of the cabinetry.
Good closet lighting is layered. A soft ambient layer lights the room, a task layer lights the rod and shelves, and an accent layer makes display pieces glow. We integrate all three into the cabinetry so there are no shadows and no visible wires.
We specify color-accurate LED strips, typically in a warm-neutral range around 3000 to 4000 Kelvin with a high color rendering index so navy and black look different and tones are true. Motion sensors turn lights on when you enter and off when you leave.
Ambient, task and accent working together.
High-CRI LEDs show real colors.
Integrated into shelves, rods and channels.
On when you enter, off when you leave.
Set the mood from bright to soft.
LEDs use little power and last for years.
